## About Mont-Tremblant

Mont-Tremblant is the flagship of eastern Canadian skiing, and it is a different tradition from the west: smaller mountains, harder snow, and a colourful pedestrian village at the base that is one of the most photographed in North America.

The mountain is modest by Rockies standards — around 645 m of vertical — but the runs are long, well groomed and drop straight into the village, and the snowmaking is comprehensive enough to cover what the sky does not deliver. It is reliably cold from December to early April.

Being in Quebec, French is the first language, and lessons in French are as natural here as in the Alps.
