## About Risoul

Risoul is the wooded, family half of the Forêt Blanche, purpose-built at 1,850 m among larch forest and linked over the ridge with Vars.

It is compact, entirely ski-in ski-out, and priced well below the northern Alps. The tree cover is a genuine advantage on a bad-light day.

## Where lessons start

Learning slopes at the foot of the accommodation, sheltered by trees, and the Vars half to grow into. A strong value pick for a family week.

## Getting there

Turin is around two hours; Guillestre, at the foot of the road, is on the Briançon line.

## Instructors at Risoul

_No instructors have joined here yet._

## Qualifications required in France

Teaching for payment in France requires the Professional card (diplôme d'État de ski), issued by Ministère des Sports.
