## About Super-Besse

Super-Besse skis the flanks of extinct volcanoes. The Massif du Sancy is the eroded heart of an ancient volcanic complex, and the shapes it left behind — rounded domes, steep-sided valleys — make for skiing that looks like nowhere in the Alps.

It links with Le Mont-Dore across the Puy de Sancy, the highest point in central France.
