One more sales channel for your ski school, with no monthly fee

Private lessons without a named instructor. You publish hours on the school's own calendar, each with its places — how many lessons you can teach at once at that resort: three from 10:00 to 12:00 and two from 12:00 to 14:00, say. The hour stays on sale while a place is left. The customer books and pays, and you assign the instructor afterwards, from the panel or on the day. You set the price per hour and per extra student, and whether a paid lesson is confirmed at once or waits for your answer.

Fixed formats instead of hours. If your school does not sell by the hour, sell set times instead — a morning, an afternoon, a full day — each at a closed price for the whole group, with a different price for each season you define. You open them on the calendar with their places, as you would hours.

Group lessons by the seat. A class with a number of seats and a price per person, on one date or every week of the season, with its level, a fixed meeting point, the minimum number of participants it needs to run, and who it is for: children (with an age range, if you want one), adults or everyone. Each seat is confirmed the moment it is paid, and several classes can run at the same time.

Your instructors, by name. Every instructor you bring onto Alpine Pal has a public profile and a calendar of their own, and customers can book that person directly, at the rates you set.

Your school gets its own page: logo, cover photo, description, the resorts you work at, your contact details, your instructors and a calendar to book on. Your lessons without a named instructor and your group lessons with seats left appear in the site's search alongside independent instructors, and each group lesson is also listed on the page of the resort where it runs.

The site speaks 8 languages, and so does your page: you write the description once, in your own language, and every visitor reads it translated into theirs. Customers pay online when they book, and the reviews they leave after the lesson, for the school or for the instructor who taught it, show on your page.

Alpine Pal does not replace your booking system, and it does not ask you to sell everything here. You open what you want to sell on Alpine Pal; whatever you sell elsewhere stays exactly as it is. To keep an hour you sold elsewhere from being sold twice, lower that day's places on the calendar.

If you would rather your software did that for you, connect it through the API for ski schools. With a school key your system can read and write the calendar of the lessons without a named instructor and of the instructors the school manages, register lessons sold elsewhere as blocks, receive every paid booking by signed webhook, and accept it, decline it or propose another time without opening the panel. A sandbox with test keys lets you try all of it before going live.

We have no ready-made plug-in for any particular booking software: the API is documented in full so that your software provider, or a developer of yours, can connect it.

Customers pay when they book, the platform holds the money until the lesson has taken place, and 90% of every lesson lands in the school's balance — the same 10% commission independent instructors pay, with a commission invoice for every withdrawal. Schools in countries Stripe supports are paid by bank transfer through Stripe; everywhere else — Andorra included — we pay the school by hand: bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal or Payoneer. You pay your instructors however you already pay them.

From the panel you invite instructors by email. Each invitee completes the normal instructor profile (biography, resorts, languages, qualifications, photos), except that you set their hourly rate and the surcharge per extra student, and there is no payout setup on their side: the money is the school's. An instructor who has no account yet you can add yourself: you write the profile, it goes live at once, and they claim it with their own email once you send them the link from your roster.

Instructors invited by a school are live from day one, backed by the school, and your school's page links every one of them. For each one you choose who answers their booking requests — the instructor or the school — and you can hand them a lesson sold without a named instructor or a whole group lesson.

You register the school on this page — name, country, resorts, contact and a description — and a person reviews it: a school only goes live once we have checked it is a real, authorised business. Registering is free and commits you to nothing.

Once it is approved the panel is yours: add your logo and cover photo, publish hours and group lessons, invite your instructors and, if you like, other administrators. Nothing goes on sale until you open it.
