About Villard-de-Lans
Villard-de-Lans sits on the Vercors plateau, the limestone massif above Grenoble, and it is a different kind of mountain from the high Alps: gentler, more wooded, and with one of the largest cross-country networks in France spread across the plateau.
The alpine area is linked with Corrençon-en-Vercors and is squarely family terrain.
